Luigi Ceneri Founder
Luigi brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and underwriting, as well as structuring and closing business financing deals.
He has personally invested in real estate since 2015, including pre-construction projects, fix-and-flips, and rental units. His hands-on experience brings a deep understanding of the construction and remodeling aspects of single-family homes.
Prior to his MBA, Luigi worked as an engineer on large telecommunications systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
That combination of analytical discipline and practical property experience informs Ingenious’s approach to operational support.
